Terms of Service – Groceries

Payment :

For your first order, we require payment, before shipping, upon receipt of the invoice that will be sent to you by email.
Thereafter, payment will be made upon receipt of the order via Direct Deposit or INTERACT Payment.
The necessary information can be found on the invoice.
We do not take credit cards.

Shipping :

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order and location. This amount will be specified in the invoice. Shipping via Dicom, Purolator, Loomis, GLS, RDL, Canada Post… depending on the most interesting rate for you.
Free shipping for all orders over $350 ($400 for the rest of Canada).
Outside Canada, Canada Post rates apply.

Additional charges may apply to shipping charges for remote areas, even if you place an order that would benefit from the free shipping option.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery.

Return of products: The return of a product by a buyer is not allowed. After the non conformity of a product has been found upon receipt, we will refund the product.

Complaints or support request: In case of dissatisfaction, you can contact us. The resolution of complaints is free of charge for the consumer who performs an electronic transaction. You will receive a reply within 10 working days following the filing of the complaint. Gaspésie Sauvage cannot be held responsible for any damage that a customer may suffer in the event of business interruption or information. Gaspésie Sauvage cannot be held responsible for any possible malfunction, failure, delay or interruption of access to the Internet network. Gaspésie Sauvage keeps the buyer’s personal information as well as the order history for an unlimited period. This document may be modified over time to adapt to changes in its offer and the market, technologies and laws.

Gaspésie Sauvage may add, modify or remove portions if Gaspésie Sauvage believes it is appropriate to do so, with immediate effect. This will not apply to transactions in progress at the time of their entry into force. Each time Gaspésie Sauvage updates this document, the date on which the changes were made will be indicated.
