Terms of Service

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express in Canadian dollars.

To the basic price are generally added the shipping costs.

We use Square and Paypal for payments. These reputable companies use security measures that meet current standards to protect you from the loss or unauthorized use of information under its control. We never have any knowledge of your banking information. No credit card information is stored on our site server. The information is transmitted on 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which makes the transmission highly secure. However, no security mechanism is perfect and you should be aware that there is always a certain level of risk that the personal information you provide to us may be disclosed. We do everything in our power to avoid such risks. We disclaim any responsibility if such confidential information could be disclosed.

 
 

Delivery: We do business with Canada Post. Delivery will be made within 5 business days to most major cities in Ontario or Quebec following receipt of the order, but we are not responsible for any delays in delivery that may be due to Canada Post.

Delivery charges will be established according to the destination, quantity and weight of the products ordered.

Additional charges may apply to shipping charges for remote areas, even if you place an order that would benefit from the free shipping option.

 
 

Return of products: The return of a product by a buyer is not allowed. After the non conformity of a product has been found upon receipt, we will refund the product.

 
 

Complaints or support request: In case of dissatisfaction, you can contact us. The resolution of complaints is free of charge for the consumer who performs an electronic transaction. You will receive a reply within 10 working days following the filing of the complaint. Gaspésie Sauvage cannot be held responsible for any damage that a customer may suffer in the event of business interruption or information. Gaspésie Sauvage cannot be held responsible for any possible malfunction, failure, delay or interruption of access to the Internet network.
