Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a polypore harvested on birch.
It has been used for centuries and is consumed as tea, or as a coffee substitute.
Chaga is appreciated for its many beneficial properties (anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, antioxidant….).
Put 2-3 chunks in your Teapot filled with cold water, let rest for 30 minutes, then heat without boiling for 30 minutes.
Sweeten to taste.
You can also flavor Chaga with another herbal tea, like our Forest Tea, or another tea !
