Payment :
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express in Canadian dollars. Delivery charges are generally added to the base price.
We use Stripe and Paypal for payments. These reputable companies use state-of-the-art security measures to protect you against the loss or unauthorized use of information under their control. We are never privy to your credit card information. No credit card information is stored on our site’s server. Information is transmitted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which makes transmission highly secure. However, no security mechanism is perfect, and you should be aware that there is always a certain level of risk that the personal information you transmit to us may be disclosed. We make every effort to avoid such risks. We decline all responsibility if such confidential information is disclosed.
Delivery:
We deal with Canada Post. Delivery will be made within 7 business days in most major cities in Ontario or Quebec following receipt of the order, but we are not responsible for delays in delivery due to Canada Post. Delivery charges are based on destination, quantity and weight of products ordered.
Additional charges may apply to delivery to remote areas, even for orders that qualify for free delivery.
Product returns:
Purchasers are not permitted to return products. If a product is found to be non-compliant upon receipt, we will proceed with a refund.

Complaints are resolved free of charge for consumers who make an electronic transaction. You will receive a reply within 10 working days of the complaint being lodged.
